The topic description should sum this up pretty well. Those things in life/society/whatever that just don't seem to make any sense. I thought up this topic earlier when I was unpacking some old games of mine and came accross a couple "Collector's Edition" ones. Now this makes sense if it was released the same time as the game originally came out, but I know for a fact this one was not. Reason this doesn't make sense, collectors don't usually want the re-release stuff, they want the original, unopened pristine ones. |

Why Canada is metric but uses the imperial system for a lot of stuff Why the French have never won a single war. Ever. Where chemists come up with all the names for chemicals. Why do people insist on listening to their mp3 player with one earpiece on max volume and hold a conversation at the same time. For that matter, why are earbuds so popular? They are uncomfortable and fall out easily |

What on Earth are you on? The French have won most of their wars. Ever heard of Napoleon (and yes he did lose in the end, but he sure as hell didn't go down quietly) ? Hell the island my mother is from was continually fought over by the Britsh and the French. The only reason people think they're cowards is because of their surrender in WW2. And even so they only did it so they could attack the Germans from the inside. On that note; why aren't we afraid that the French isn't just biding its time slowly before it conquers the world? |
