We already have a laser that is hotter than the core of the sun (supposedly) meaning we're getting closer to unlocking fusion power. We have a magnet strong enough to create a small pocket with no gravity (about the size of your head).

Do you get to play spaceships without having twenty balloons wrapped around you? If so, it's no gravity, regardless of how they do it.

Hero	Ahem What she means, my dear, sweet Bronnen, is that if the forces cancel each other out so that there is no need for other types of propulsion to keep you airborne, you are in an area with no gravity. BOOYA!!!
