Heroes don't need super powers! So, there is finally a released homebrew hack for the PSP 3000, which was said to be 'unhackable'. There are some pretty talented gamers out there. There is also a simpler way to hack the Wii now, instead of using the Twilight Hack. So I'll highlight these and give a mini-guide on how to get them to work. Wii Homebrew If you don't want to use the Twilight Hack Spoiler: click to toggle PSP Homebrew For the PSP-3000 5.03 FW (also for the PHAT and Slim) Spoiler: click to toggle CFW released for the PSP-3000 (and the others) Hurrah! To get the Gen-A visit this link: 5.03 GEN-A CFW or You can use the Custom Firmware Enabled 3.01 which has a few more steps involved. Just be careful you don't mess with the Flash0, unless you know what you're doing. Note that you can now play PSX and ISO games (you know, backups) on your 3000 or older model with these CFWs. Note that I take no responsibility for anything you do to either of your consoles. I also take no credit for any of these exploits. Thank you to the fellows that figured these out. They are relatively safe methods and require no extra games or battery packs to run. Edited by Nubi, Jun 10 2009, 09:22 AM.
