![]() My Blog: Thoughts of Randomness So, like usual, I try to change this every so often. I don't know if anyone notices, but I do it anyways. I hate studying. Have I mentioned this? Anyways, I do. It bites. In other news, It all began with Brownies. And then sped up a little bit. Not quite to phone numbers yet though, But that might change. I hope it does. Fun Quote! Dahleks be warned, you have declared war on Cybermen. This is not war. This is pest control! We have 5 million Cybermen. How many are you? We are 4. You would destroy the Cybermen with 4 Dahleks? We will destroy the Cybermen with 1 Dahlek. You are superior in only one respect. What is that? You are better at dieing. | |

The streets were dark. one of the streetlamps had burned out. Well... not burned out, but the bulb had been removed and used to knock out the president of the Museum council. No one had bothered to change the bulb, apparently. I don't like taling about my true purpose, mostly because it would invove explaining many things that I don't like to explain; actions that I'm not proud of... But I suppose you could say that I find people fascinating. Or it could be because iI needed a hobby. If you pick one, I would be more than happy to explain why that could be the awnser... if you get my meaning. They rounded another corner and there, under the dim light of another lamp lay a squad car. No one was around, so it seemed to be free for Monica to use. Romney only wished that she hurry up and bring him in. Time was turning and only a couple hours remained until opening. |

-Monica- Conversing with thieves certainly did have many twists. Not that she ever had many full length conversations with them. It was rare to be bribed by one too. On such occasions they usually just wanted to try and pay her off to let them go. Pirate's offer was a bit different... You're fascinated by people? Monica questioned, picking that option. Why don't you get a person-related job? Psychology... It was the first suggestion that came to her mind. Turning the corner she paused, kind of staring at the patrol car for a good thirty seconds before shrugging and glancing at the sky. If there were keys inside and the officer long gone, then she had every right. The manual said so. Monica snickered, knowing this wasn't entirely right. But even so she lead Pirate over to the squad car and checked the front doors. Instead of tossing him the back she had him get in the passenger seat, not bothering to instruct him to watch his head. He seemed fairly smart. What luck, we get to 'borrow' a car. Her lips curled into a little smile. He could call this whatever he wanted to, but the car would be returned to the proper station by the guild. Taking the keys off the dash she started the patrol car and easily backed out; glancing around cautiously. It was late, she didn't expect any trouble after she got onto the next street. Wheeling around Monica headed for the Guild. It would only take a few minutes now. Multiple times her eyes flashed to Pirate cautiously. But she wasn't too worried... ooc- My next post, they'll arrive. Unless your character does something to prevent that (which is fine by me), or you post their arrival (also fine by me). -ooc |

JC sighed as he walked down the sidewalk. Wasn't cold enough to be considered cold, but not quite warm enough to be comfortable. To make it worse these sidewalks were somewhat desolate at night, the only people using them hunters or criminals. Then again, hunters were criminals, or atleast they would've been some years back. All units we have a 10-43 going south on 42nd. The voice came over his PDA. Odd, he was fairly certain it didn't have that function. Lucky JC, Command has assigned you a partner. I thought you might be interested in that little bit of info, seeing as how you seem to be walking on that road and that stolen police car appear to be heading towards you. Would do well to smooth over relations with the police. Ah, that explained it. Command must've decided he merited it for some reason or another. Oh well, no matter. Partners were optional after all. A stolen police car huh? JC muttered to himself. This would be simple. He walked out onto the road, stood in the middle of it, and pointed both pistols in the direction the car would be coming from. As soon as they got close, if they didn't stop he'd just shoot out there tires. It'd been a long time since he'd had some good practice with them. |

"My hobbies? Well I'm a collector of many things. From simple trading cards to fine jewels. I also like to donate money to the orphanage and this place. Let's see what else... well there are lots of things I guess could be considered hobbies. I don't think I should go through them all right now though," Chris said with a grin as he ate another chip. He was quite enjoying himself. Usually Henry set him up with bimbo's and tramps. Once he was even set up with a prostitute and a few times with a stripper. Chris smiled to himself as he looked up at Kaia, he wondered what was really going through her mind. He sighed as he checked the digital clock set into the top of the fish tank. It was already 7:30, it seemed that they had spent more time in the park than he had thought. "Would... would you care for a dance?" he asked nervously, glancing over at the empty dance floor. The band were playing slow songs tonight and if Chris wasn't mistaken, they were about to play one of his favourites. He looked back to Kaia and gave her the puppy dog eyes as he leaned forward slightly. He was tempted to make whining sounds but thought better of it. OOC: sorry I didn't get this done sooner. I've been really busy. and sorry about this crappy post. writers block is a ****. |
